Championship Boxing
An extended strength and conditioning boxing class combining the best elements of both, Boxing HIIT and Power Boxing classes. Boxing HIIT
A unique combination class consisting of high-intensity interval training and Floyd's dynamic speed, agility and cardio conditioning drills. Ignite the strength and power within every part of your body while burning up to 700 calories. Just 45 minutes of 12 - three minute rounds and you'll be right on track in achieving that lean fighter physique.
Power Boxing
The ultimate full-body workout that incorporates best boxing practices with strength and conditioning exercises. Throughout this 45 minute class, develop your technical boxing skills with various basic and advanced movement patterns that will leave you feeling strong, tough, and ready to take on the world.
